Orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by Japan Post.
Delivery usually takes approximately 7–8 days after shipment.
*Delivery may not be available to certain regions. Please contact us in advance to confirm whether delivery is available to your area.
*Date and time requests are not available for international shipments. Customs clearance may also cause delays, and delivery times may vary depending on local handling conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

¥3,000 (Free shipping on orders of ¥20,000 or more)

*Items shipped internationally cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

◆Entering Your Shipping Address for International Orders

For international orders, please enter the recipient’s name and shipping address using half-width English letters and numbers.

*If your information is entered using characters or languages that cannot be used for EMS shipping labels, we may convert it into half-width English letters and numbers.
Please note that depending on the characters or language used, we may be unable to issue a shipping label or process your shipment.
